Recommended Feeding Guide:
Intended to be served as treats or toppers only. Our treat recipe is packed full of proteins and nutrients, but your pet requires a complete and balanced diet.
Safe handling and storage:
Handle and store products with care. Ensure that the bag is sealed after use and stored in a cool, dry environment. Wash hands and surfaces before and after handling.

We have 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at pawradisehk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, like collars with pets' name). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we recceived your returned items. We will immeduately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or orginal method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certian amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shiping will be deducted from your refund
